Once hybrid tools are the logic behind this community I don't see anything bad on this list so cameras like Z cam E2 have trouble to overcome their own market segment, even though no camera beats the honorable mention added there, reason why that honor dock also has its place. I even much appreciate Andrew's eye and doesn't seem to me rather important that or other order less or more randomly to speak frankly. Nice to know I am not alone to the arrival over similar findings.
I just feel to note IMHO, P4K is the best camera not only to be part of a year's top list, but ever designed and produced so far.
I'd also drop my bell to attribute a 2nd honor medal for the Osmo Pocket. No other tool had offered such thing in the camera history.

The hybrids are far away to be. Let's not forget GH5 did it a year earlier.

I inferred this Z6/Z7 series have such a smooth autofocus I'd appreciate to have as tool. I just refrained to buy a Z7 unit because of lack of 4K 60p as much as I refrain myself to write what I think now about you. What's the beef against that?

Batteries:
I bought two Dynacore LP-E6 batteries however they last less than the BM battery since they are 7,2V / 1800mAh  / 12,96Wh and not 7,4V / 2000mAh / 14,8Wh as the BM battery. So they last less. Buy quite a bit. At least it feels like that. Not recommended (the shop recommended them for the BMPCC4K so I didn't double check the specs...)
However at least they show linear % value in the camera ( not like the BM battery that gives a super odd and jumpy readout without % )

Storage:
Besides a couple of 64GB V90 sd cards (great for up to 4K DCI 25fps prores HQ/ 1080p120 prores HQ) I have a Sandisk Extreme portable SSD 500GB. It works great with raw as well up to 4K DCI 60fps 3:1 raw without dropped frames. (400+MB/s write speed)

I noticed today that when using the external usb C drive (at least mine) it takes some  seconds before it is available to record on. After booting/turning on the camera!
The more full the ssd is, the longer it takes. With 350GB occupied it takes the camera around 6s extra to calculate available recording time and indexing clips or something. So the 3-4s startup time suddenly gets 2-3x longer.
That should (hopefully)be fixable with a firmware update.

is the behaviour the same on big SD/CF cards?
 
Update: My ssd is ExFat formatted, Will try with HFS+ and report back it it acts different.

People tend to forget when this same camera outcome didn't exist at all for any price actually... Nothing at all.
Closer only into the $100,000 realm without mention studio recorder and player to add a post production suite to double or triple the six digits investment.

The image is there. Definitely. Good ISO performance too. We all are going to buy one. This is going to be a standard in our trade, either as A, or B, or special cam, or whatever. Also one can adapt whatever lens, so anything is possible. With 1500 total money you have everything you need.
