  1. I had the exact same experience. I shoot weddings for a living and after having 2 strikes with the threat of having everything removed upon the 3rd strike, I opted to go into 2018 uploading everything to YouTube instead. About 2 months ago, I received my 3rd strike on a video I had uploaded 4 years ago and my whole video archive was deleted. I still had to re-upload previous 2017 and 2016 projects to YouTube, but at least all my 2018 files were already safe. I'm just bummed I've put money into Vimeo and they wrecked my shit. Edit: All that to say, heed Andrew's warning, because it can and will happen. It's just a matter of time.
  2. I personally had trouble with VLC. I started using Baka M-Player which allows to view files as a playlist. Or MPV is great because it's the fastest one out there.
  3. Sorry for the late reply. I have 2 acer monitors as well with garbage viewing angles, so I've grown accustomed to having to be dead on to see anything. Going back to my LG monitor, I find myself watching things at off angles and out of habit I re-align myself with the monitor only to find that the display looks exactly the same as my original viewing location. So...the viewing angles are excellent, and I never noticed how good it was until I went without it for a while.
  4. I edit on an ultrawide 3440x1440 monitor. It gives the extra resolution to fit everything while also the extra width. I'd never go back. This is the monitor I have. It supposedly has great color accuracy as well. http://www.lg.com/us/monitors/lg-34UM95C-P-ultrawide-led-monitor

    I need A7s3 !!

Hey Mattias, I actually love watching your videos. I'm curious though, how come you loved the A7 but liked the A7ii? In your opinion, did or does it hold advantages over the a7ii/a7s/a7sii/a7rii?
  6. I think I've found an answer, thread can be delete!
  7. Hello! Long time lurker, first time poster. I searched the forums for possible answers but couldn't find my problem, so I apologize if this has been answered. I do all my editing and color work within Premiere Pro but I wanted to give Resolve a shot for grading. So as this is my first time trying Resolve I am having a bit of trouble with trying to bring an exported LUT into Premiere. Here is the raw clip: Davinci Grade: Exported Davinci LUT into Premiere with Lumetri: Is there a way to get the exact grade to come over into Premiere? This was shot on the A7rii so perhaps my Davinci settings aren't correct for the camera? I exported the LUT by right clicking the "clip" and generating 3D LUT. Any help would be appreciated!
