Video inspiration site need?

Hi,

Now that vimeo is not allowing any searches in europe. I was wondering If I should create a website, that allows people to post their vimeo/youtube links on it or share links from other creators that are inspirational or just are amazing work. Where viewers can search, comment, like it trough this website.

As it is hard to find good stuff on youtube for inspiration, and now without vpn impossible on vimeo. 

Is there interest in this type of website? Let me know, if there is enough interest I will build one. As it will only work if enough creators start sharing work on this site.

It's a shame about Vimeo, they have been an absolute clown show.

But I think YouTube does the job well.

The way to use it is to get premium, to nuke all the ads. Much better then.

Sure, but still you need to watch 1000 videos before you find one decent video. It works great for informational video's, but actual commercials, brand videos that are inspirational seems hard to find. The ratio on skilled crew on vimeo looks way higher. In vimeo for example "the staff picks" were great.

Use a VPN or proxy tool as add-on to your browser... Looks like they serve not only to China!

Andrew is right, they look like to play pranks on us but there should be some sorta legal background to their idea of blocking it in certain regions such as EU, I'm afraid.

We may become a Soviet Union, full of regulations like Pink Floyd's two lost souls in a fishbowl or such as the 1:30 rule for leverage on financial markets to only mention in specific a single example versus the world outside 'the West'... : X

Go figure, U.S. is not better now with China playing the part of the free market's best friends...

We live all in a comedy, no many doubts out here.

For some reason Brexit happened... ; ) Later on, don't blame the messenger! ;- ) I wonder if Putin would ever have invaded Ukraine in the way he did three years ago...

We should never show our weaknesses. Not underrate who don't like or compete with us. Rule number one and rule number two :- )
