Schneider Lens - Setup Questions

I tried submitting this - but first attempt did not post ... sorry if this is a repeat.

3 Questions:

1. For a Canon 5Dmk3, does it matter what SIZE Schneider anamorphic lens I get?  (Ebay lists 35mm, 65mm, 80mm, 85mm, etc.)

2. Do I need one with all the "attachments" - or just the large cylindrical portion?

3. Do I need a step-up/down ring only - or do I also need a big clamp from Red Stan / Vid-Atlantic / Ed Lee ?

   (e.g., if I use a Canon EF 85mm f1.8 with a 58mm front filter thread size)

Thanks Guys !!!

Thanks, Ken.

So if focal length is not an issue - guess I will go with one that has a smaller focal length like this:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Schneider-Super-Cinelux-Anamorphic-2x-MC-Full-Package-35mm-Projector-lens-/161523694276?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item259b8ffac4

It's a little more expensive than some others - but it was used by Seller for filming - so it should work for me (I hope).

(Seller also told me that lens is 70.6mm Outside Diameter)
