Of course you "can" make a good looking video with the D4s. What Andrew means is how poor it compares to the other cameras in the market, which would do even better here.

Second, you are also neglecting the practicallities of using raw on the 5DIII. I challenge you to do what these guys did: a 21 day shoot, around the world, in extreme (weather) conditions. With the 5DIII in the raw, you'd need a truckload of memory cards and hard drive storage and it would take ages and ages of work in post...

 

You can do that with the regular h264 on the 5dIII and it'll look better than the D4S. And in the case you wanna play with RAW, then there it is.
