smon222 Posted February 26, 2012 Share Posted February 26, 2012 I updated to the latest Ptools and only used the basic Vanilla patch recommended on this site. My question is, after checking the footage with StreamParcer, it only shows a average video bitrate of 21,281,203. I did have Stream: TS Max Speed = 47,127,270 bps. I was just looking for the safest with reasonable quality bump over the stock. I shoot alot in lower lighting indoors. Any help would be appreciated. smon222 Posted February 26, 2012 Author Share Posted February 26, 2012 I did another test and the bitrate does bump up with exposure, but is definitely not a steady bitrate. Is this normal?
