  1. I'm wondering if Apple is planning on implementing an eject function in the future. If you have the keyboard and hold down the command button, you see all the shortcuts, there is one for eject, but it does nothing at the moment. I've had issues with drives early on in the iPad OS beta but nothing since then, I just unplug the drives BTW.
  2. I think the same thing happened to me. Apps would still work, but I couldn't go to the home screen or close the apps that were on the screen, the buttons did nothing. Not sure what iPad you have but on the 2018 pro, you can push volume up, then volume down then hold the power button for about 5-10 seconds and it will reboot itself.
  3. I just spent the last two weeks in Costa Rica with the family and put together a video of the trip. Almost all of the footage was filmed in 4k/Cinelike D with my GX85 and 14-150 II. There are a few GoPro shots (scuba, zipline) and a few shots during a night hike with the 45 1.8, also my wife had a zs100 I used for some monkey shots (also using Cinelike D). Due to my old under spec'd MacBook air, I could only export 10mbps. There are blown highlights and crushed blacks but I'm very impressed in what this camera can do. Coming from a 5DII I can see a huge difference in quality. There was a lot of rain so I had a ziplock bag and elastic band to create some weather resistance. https://vimeo.com/231261700
  4. There is a way to get 1/3 stop ISO in movie mode, I have it on mine and I remember setting it up... I can't for the life of me find that setting to turn it on. Maybe somebody else knows. But it's possible.
  5. Here is a quick (unscientific) test of the GX85 vs ZS100 with the Cinelike D profile applied. Maybe somebody with more experience than me can tell me if it's working on the ZS100. It's close enough for me but I'm by no means experienced in this. GX85 on the left ZS100 on the right. Second half of the video has the Noam Kroll Cinelike D LUT applied. GX85 (17 1.8): 0,-5,-2,-5 ZS100 (at 41mm): -3,-5,-2,-5 ZS100 showed a little more contrast so I dialled it down to -3 and seems pretty close. I used AWB which may be responsible for the red cast outside on the ZS100. Settings were 4k30, F4, ISO200 (ISO400 inside) Aperture priority (default exposure) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CoASMZ_RkmE
  6. I have a comparison video at home, I'll upload it once I get a chance.
  7. I mentioned earlier in the thread that I was able to apply Cinelike D to my zs100 and it appears to be working, it's very close to my GX85 although not 100%, maybe due to the smaller sensor.
  8. I just tried this on my zs100 and it appears to work as well. I can't confirm 100% but the profile appears more flat than the flat settings I was using. I can also confirm that the latest GX85 firmware update works fine with this. One thing to mention, if you have your camera in C1, C2, C3 setting when you apply this, it will only apply the profile to that C setting and leave all other settings as is.
