R5 - 4k 120, RAW 8K and ALL-I is available with CF Express cards only

What about rolling shutter?

Strange. Philip Bloom shoots almost exclusively on Sony cameras and I never once thought the colours in his videos was horrible.

IMO,
The EOS-R is proof that mirrorless wasn't totally obsolete. Nikon also made a really good camera but it didn't reach all the way.
Fuji's top release was the X-E3
A7iii was the "Meh" of the year.
The BMPCC4K is obviously the BMCCii, and thus a bit late to the party.
Looking forward to 2019 and the release of 2018s biggest announcement, the GRiii.
Let's hope the GRiii isn't going to be one of the biggest disappointments of 2019 like the GRii was when it was announced. The new lens in the GRiii with fewer elements makes me a bit worried.

1. Probably something like a 16-35 or 24-70 since almost all of the pictures taken today are wide-angle shots.
2. My Zeiss 135/2 APO is amazing, but the Lumix 100-400 on my GH5 makes me feel very powerful
3. Sony 16-35/2.8 GM
4. None

This is shaping up to be a good year at Photokina. That new m4/3 zoom looks cool as well. Not to mention that the "King of the Street" aka The Ricoh GRii got a development announcement of the GRiii. The later is an instant buy for me, wont even look at the final announcement, just preorder
Yes, at last it's got 24 Mpix and IBIS, but no 4K. I will eagerly await your review!

If Sigma makes a FF Foveon I will send them all my money.
Yeh, I think this was one of Kazuto Yamaki's goals when he bought the Foveon and started making cameras. It will probably happen within a year or two.

So yeah, despite EOSHD's history of praise for Blackmagic, I can't blame them for inviting more prolific gear reviewers to receive review models. Sorry.
Most of those 'prolific' gear reviewers don't really review stuff, they just play around a little with it and then give it a ' this is not to bad' verdict even if it is shit.

Myownfriend hasn't contributed ANYTHING. He's just trolling to boost his ego.

Samsung's LSI business is the best in the world and if they made a "delivery to Japan" for a customer such as Panasonic, it would wipe the floor with the competition.
Google Translate:
No the Z6 and Z7 sensors are not Sony designs or specs. They are Nikon sensors mass-producted on the latest Sony chip fabrication technology.
Sony did not spec or design the circuits.
Designing the sensors is the easy part, manufacturing them is the VERY difficult part!

Not to mention we are about to get a new Sony... A7S III most likely.
And next year we will have a new A9mk2 and A7R4 and/or 60-75 Mpix camera.

I thought about it. If Panasonic actually introduced a Full Frame ILC (instead of this new FF Varicam), it would crash their M43 Market.
Users would panic and wonder whether Panasonic has moved to a different format. Rumours alone would make it lose market share big time.
Has it been at that price for a long time, or only recently.
In Nikon or even Canon, if prices are unusually low, then it means that those are fake products. They do work and have most of the features of the original product. They sometimes exhibit more noise and may not be able to shoot at the full mentioned frame rate. Or maybe the pics are 12-bit instead of 14-bit.
This price was offered to me a few weeks ago and came from the biggest on-line shop with full warranty.

The GH5 really is a fantastic camera. It's wild that we're nearing the 2 year anniversary of it and it still has so many features that others do not.
And here in Sweden it can sometimes be found for as little as about $1200 brand new. For that price it doesn't have much competition. Panasonic cameras are cheap here for some unknown reason.

FT5! A full frame GH5 with PDAF would wipe all the rest off the map where video is concerned.
Yeah. I hope they will chose an existing mount (E-mount) for it.

43 rumors just posted a hot new rumor, Panasonic is crashing the FF party. Could it be a FF GH5? Or is this the 8k camera that's been rumored?
Their way to make a 8K camera possible by 2020 and expand their business into more profitable FF market. The question is what mount they will use.

Have anyone tried these? 1950mAh seems to good to be true.

Good choice, I will be selling the G7 this weekend. I'm impressed but still very underwhelmed. (Jag har inte så många som man kan tro, byter ofta )
What was you impressed by and why was you underwhelmed? (Tänkte eventuellt skaffa en G7:a senare)

What is the closest it can focus at 24mm? 240mm? Is there a macro setting?

In theory all people should be treated the same but in reality it depends on weather or not you are easily replaceable. I you are a crew member on Late night with David Letterman and do something stupid, you get fired immediately. If you are David Letterman and fucks the intern, then nothing happens. The Mendez guy was replaceable and David Letterman is not. There is simply to much money at stake. It´s the same with Top Gear. Jeremy Clarkson is the driving force in the program and it is his touch to it that makes it work so well.
I'm surprised to see how many people there are here who don't seem to understand how important Jeremy Clarkson is to Top Gear. For hundreds of millions of people around the world he IS Top Gear! Without him there is no Top Gear. If he leaves, then so will Hammond and May, and BBC will stand there without a program. This will lead to enormous losses not only in revenue from overseas program sales but also a loss of British goodwill. Those who buy Top Gear want entertaining programs that generates lots of viewers. A new version of Top Gear without recognizable presenters doing a dull car show will probably not sell. Just look at the US version of Top Gear. It´s very boring and unoriginal with a set of presenters that seem to think that he who talks the most wins. The Australian version is only slightly better.
