1. Keeping fingers crossed that GH3 has similar in-body stabilization as the E-M5. It would be all over.
2. This lens in combo with & without telecrop mode covers the whole spectrum from macro to 1040mm! B&H had on sale for $199. "It's all a Blur to Me" https://vimeo.com/45382238
3. Here's my GH2 music video lo-fi mixed with some Super 8 at Venice Beach, CA. This band is taking off. I produced/mixed music, shot the vid and edited - you have to be a one-man record label nowadays - fun with the tools available to us all. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tRnB08nkaDs
4. Andrew - thanks to you I own 2 GH2s and a HX9v! My HX9v has never let me down. 60p recording - incredible stabilization - HDR mode - panorama mode - 16x zoom. I welcome the RX100 20MP sensor for higher rez panoramas. check out the zoom out at the end of this slomo test on the HX9v. All hand held. https://vimeo.com/43151104
5. Andrew - hoping you can get your hands on the just-announced Sony A57. I think with the 16-50mm constant f2.8 and in-body stabilization in the A57 should make a nice cheap doc run n gun solution. I'm still so in love w/ my GH2, even without hacking. Posted this FCP X test this morning. American Youth Symphony / Just Faces Can't wait to see All-I 5DmkIII 91mbps codec too.
6. Hey Andrew - A little off topic but I have to thank you for the inspiration your blog has provided me in the past few months. Your review of the Sony HX9V led me to purchase this fun and powerful little point and shoot. Your Zen piece got me into Lana Del Rey - a truly  global hook-up - Shanghai - Berlin - back to LA. I've been messing with Optical Flow in Apple Motion and found that the1080 60p of the HX9V is pretty conducive to extreme re-timing. Thanks for the inspiration and found the Blade Runner BTS piece really enlightening. Here's my spin on Video Games on the HX9V: http://vimeo.com/33469233
