I don't have Andrew's guide, but if you have the latest build it says the recommended card speed.  So pick your aspect ratio, then resolution, and on the bottom of the screen it'll say recommended write speed plus how many frames you can capture.  It's also an estimation based on the last time you recorded at that aspect ratio/resolution. 

 

You should also try recording a few clips first and let the card warm up.  A lot of times writing for the first 2 min or so will be slow and in the 80-something range.  But after that it will go up to 90+ range.  This is common for all manufacturers, even my expensive Lexars do this too.  So not everything is revealed in the tests.

 

Last resort exchange the card.  It's a pain in the ass I know, but now I have a working card that does 104 MB/s.  Well worth all the effort.
