In short someone has used an abrasive instead of a grease in the helicoil and its worn the threads down to a point where the focus is loose and has too much play. Does anyone have any spare parts for the lens, maybe one that got smashed or thats been rehoused and these parts are surplus? Any help would be appreciated.
