neilmac Posted June 4, 2018 Share Posted June 4, 2018 When I use a Dummy Coupler with an external Battery I cannot do a manual White Balance - nothing happens. If I put a battery into the camera it works fine. If I use the Genuine AC adapter and Dummy Coupler and try and do a white Balance the Camera shuts down. Put a battery back in and it works as normal. Obviously something wrong with the Camera. Others have had this issue. Anyone had this experience and know what the problem is? Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
