I also use a GH4, so I tried to record it in ProRes HQ via HDMI on the Video Assist. Everything ok until I went 60 fps. In that case I had some problems with dropping frames. JazzBox Posted April 26, 2016 Author Share Posted April 26, 2016 Ciao, sorry to bother you: I tried to format the SD card in ExFat (both on Mac and on the Video Assist), but in ProRes 422 HQ I always have "Dropping Frames".
