  1. I wanna complete my audio kit and wondering about the best bet to do it for the cheapest price and the lessest gear. Could you advise me?   2. I've been looking for a suitable zoom lens to work behind an anamorphic. I stumbled upon the Olympus Pen-F 50-90 F3.5, which seems to have the right kind of DNA. Its a half frame lens so is suitable for mirrorless APSC and below.   3. Hi Folks, I'm currently searching for a general purpose midrange zoom lense for video works on the canon 5d mark III. The main application will be to use it on my gimbal, which i was able to tune okay with the 100mm f/2.8 (620gr). What I have investigated so far - canon 24-70mm f/2.8 L II - canon 24-70mm f/4 L IS or - a used canon 24-70mm f/2.8 L Downside on the lenses is the focus breathing, and all of them are changing focus on zoom, which isn't such a big issue on the gimbal use. I'm not so sure if the IS is really necessary in that zoom range (and on the gimbal). My current favorite is the canon 24-70mm f/4 L IS, because of weight (600gr, f/2.8 L is 900gr) and not so much overall distortion. The other lenses already in the bag are: - EF 70-200mm f/2.8 IS USM (impossible on gimbal ;)) - EF 100mm f/2.8 IS USM - EF 50mm f/1.8 II Any recommendations appreciated. And it doesn't need to be canon. thanx

I'm not planing on buying this one ether as its way beyond any price I could justify. But I was interested if any one had any info or opinions about it.   Is it really an Arri lens? Wouldn't something like this solve the dual focusing issue that many lens + anamorphic adapter combinations have? Wouldn't it also solve the problem of chasing down an entire set of prime lenses? Whats that "1,2,3,4,5" Bit behind the aperture on the barrel all about? Is it an attractive option to you guys? (ignoring the price)   Any thoughts...
