  1. You should have add Autofocus feature, which may be good on 7Dm2. Autofocus does matter. PL lens compatible – No - did you expect it to be????? LOG curve mode – No - I think that can be possible with picture profiling.
  2. About mirrorless. I don't care why Canon and Nikon didn't produce good mirrorless. I don't need mirrorless (if only it would be a rangefinder), because I love OVF really. I would be happy if Canon will produce DSLR with OVF as the old film camera had - 0.98x field of view, 0.92x - magnification, like my small-tiny Olympus OM-10 has. Why not produce them again? You may ask them, too! :)
  3. That's better. I like that you now use smaller amount of the words like "outperform", "outdated". Too many comparisons still, inconsistent many of them, like A7s and 1Dx, c300 and FS7 (too many years between), 36Mp (do you need this for video?),12Mp ... lump everything together: old and new, different camera types (DSLR/mirrorless), different Megapixels (its clear that 12Mpx sensor will be more sensitive then those in Canon) . Who really cares that you use Sony A7s for everything? Looks like you want Canon to be Sony. It is clear that Canon produce sensors they can produce. Canon has nothing to do but to invent new technology (or buy it) to produce better sensors, or to use Sony sensors, too. What to expect - that's the question to ask. I really like the suggestion just to ask about their plans for video in DSLR/mirroroles, having mention their common drawbacks like line skipping and lack of Dynamic range - that what we all expect for better video. Besides, I would ask them why don't they produce true rangefinder camera like they did before. Why they all produce 3:2 aspect sensors, not 1:2,3, or square. Nikon produce film cameras (F6) but stopped the production of their fantastic film scanners, while people need them. Those who shoot film, as I do, would be interested. Why they don't produce BW sensors or sensors with another (more soft) colors, like Kodak did. That's true, I saw this many time in their interview.
  4. It definitely not just questions, but your personal (egoistic!) critisizm, because Canon and Nikon don't satisfy you. Like a little child. Most of your questions are just a flame. Though Canon and Nikon may deserve some critics, it shouldn't be most of your questions. That is just my opinion.
  5. Nikon D750 is definitely not for Andrew Raid. :) Most other users who is going to buy it - will be happy with everything, including video. Anyway, sales of DSLR are somehow down not because of video. Everybody already has good DSLR - that's the "problem".
  6. No, Andrew, I see exactly the same picture as you in Chrome. Opera works fine. It's my rough proposal on the left. Ok, forget it :) I liked the old EOSHD more, but will keep my eyes on it every day, surely.
  7. Hey!!!! It was my proposal made in Photoshop, not the look on my display. I forgot to say.
  8. Sure I will. Thank you for white background. I also happy it works in in my Opera 12 browser.
  9. I also think that the article header is better to be placed before the image. It would make the design simpler. Too many horisontal separators, I think.
  10. I found "Share" section to be a little confusing. What to share? Too many big buttons, also. just as an alternative:

    Grading

Canon 60D + 18-55 kit lens. no raw. EyeOn Fusion corrected to add some softness.
  12. Look nice. But looks too complicated at first. May be I'll get used later. White text on black is definitely bad. I hate reading DPreview articles because of this.
  13. Film is better for stills. ;) Simply beautiful. Soft but detailed, lovely colors, and very long highlights.
  14. Some users says that FNP appear after some time of shooting, maybe when sensor heats up. I think you should have added one more point: "avoid shooting at air temperatures above 15 C". Cooling the sensor must work fine.
  15. Right now BM Production cam appeared to be a disappointment. Vertical banding at ISO 200,400,800 seems to be enormous. New firmware may not make this better. http://forum.blackmagicdesign.com/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=19280
  16. GH4 looks like more balanced and complete device for video.
  17. All these shots are rather "static". I hope Rolling Shutter is not too destructive.
  18. I also have problems with archive, only one video sample unzipped on Windows. This one shot was fantastic to see.
  19. Andrew! Please answer! Is GX7 is the same camera for video as GM1 in terms of image quality (noise, sharpness, aliasing)? It has some advantages over GM1, so I really need to know.
  20. I'm very happy to see Panasonic GM1 test results and to know it is so good camera for video. But what about GX7?
  21. I would be happy if Nikon resume the production of their perfect COOLSCAN film scanners instead of trying to make digital - look like analogue. There are so many people shooting film now. Nikon is doing everything wrong. That's speaking about photography.
  22. " I'm CG-artist, and make CG for movie. I need RAW. I'm used to work with RAW, and float-point in CG.   I don't care about the Market you say in "Unless it is the Market YOU yes YOU are involved in". I want, I need RAW for my hobby: music clips, based on footages. If you don't need RAW - don't use it. What are you doing here?
