  1. Hey au8ust, I think they don't make 4x4 diopters or any kind of diopters in square formats due to the glass curvature. I have a spare like the one you linked on B&H. Interested? Send me a PM! :D

  2. More than that, from my personal experiments with L lenses and anamorphics, they don't match well. I couldn't get sharp focus in many cases.

The LA7200 does great with the 24-70 and the 16-35, from 28mm to 50mm, but you'll need step rings in either cases.
  3. I use 86mm filters (Series 9 actually), and a 95-86mm step down. It's perfectly fine at 50mm on full frame. :)

Besides that, I have a +0.25 Pentax, 95mm thread, about to go up for sale, if you're interested.

  4. NICE!! Im looking for something like that to do custom scaling and peaking. I was looking at evfs or possibly a monitor but not looking to spend $1000...$500 just seems easier to swallow.

Buy a Zacuto EVF! Got mine for $500, used, and it works like a charm. Can't remember my life without it. hahaha

  5. Rob Bannister: I don't believe the Hoyas are achromatics. They're just better quality. Make some comparisons between them, specially regarding the borders of the image, as wide as you can go.

I bet the Hoyas perform way better than theunbranded ones. They look like regular chinese stuff (Vivitar, Green.L, etc). Super basic, acceptable quality, just good enough because they're cheap! :)
