Francisco Rios Posted January 8, 2012 Share Posted January 8, 2012 I'm shooting with the intra frame patch from Andrew. It works at 88Mbit AVCHD Intra. I use sandisk card class 10 ,30 mb/s. The patch is fantastic and works great with the card. No problem at all. I can record 12 minutes without stop. 16 gb cards means 24 minutes for recording. The blacks of the image are amazing. My question is about post. I use premiere pro CS 5.0. I made two diferente sequence for test and edit the footage: 1. avchd 1080p24 2.AVC-Intra 100p24 I can edit with boths, but I think works better with the avc-intra. Can anyone share your experience with Premiere and this patch? I want to know the right way to set the sequence in premiere for this patch. Thanks. Administrators Andrew - EOSHD Posted January 11, 2012 Administrators Share Posted January 11, 2012 It will work better with AVC-Intra, and an i-frame recording is less demanding on CPU speed so you will get a smoother workflow with it as well.
