Can't decide between Panasonic and Nikon

Hi all,

for about 5 years, I have been using my E-P1 with the kit lens (14-42 EZ) for documentary/video stuff, indoors and outdoors, mostly available light, mostly with a gorillapod. I still like the camera but, obviously,no manual controls in movie mode (low light). After some research, I am considering one of these options (budget is roughly 500€ for body + lens):

- Nikon D5200/D5300 + Nikon AF-S DX Nikkor 35mm 1:1,8G

- Panasonic GH2 + ?

- Panasonic G6 + 14-42mm (kit zoom)

! what lens would you choose If you went with one of these three? I would like to stay at a focal length of 20-35mm (on my mft m.zuiko), I guess a prime lens would be ok, but budget-wise I was thinking: isn't it better to buy the relatively cheap kit lens and add an adapted fast prime lens?

Anyway, I have watched lots of videos, unedited if possible, but I couldn't go further than those three/four. Would be great to hear some statements like "this is good for low light, but forget about sunlight or stills or..". "This is great, but not if you don't want to spend tme with grading" Just to have some more "real life statements"

My priorities (in order of importance):

- video quality > image quality

- video noise (low light)

- reliability (also, would like to keep it for a few years)

- practicability (less post production, easier file handling/storage)

My list of key differences:

- Nikon better low light performance, better stills quality

- GH2 best video quality with hack?, cheaper

- G6 1080/60p , focus peak, better LCD

T h anks!
