ClipWrap vs. Final Cut Pro field settings

So I am shooting in HBR mode on my GH2 and I read that I needed to download ClipWrap in order to get around the interlaced wrapper in this mode. I went ahead and compared a clip exported from ClipWrap (free trial version) to the same clip imported through Final Cut Pro with the field dominance settings set to "none" and I can't see a difference between the two. Can someone shed some light on why I should spend $50 bucks for ClipWrap instead of just setting the field dominance settings to "none" in Final Cut Pro? Thanks!
