Gerbert I am with you....I own an a7s, I put all my eggs with sony , I like it a lot, but will be very disappointed if Sony decided to release a new sony a7s II before fixing a lot of issues with the a7s menu...they shall make us already sony customers happy. The A7s is not a year old, and a new a7s II will put the value of our camera to a low one in a short period of time. If Sony do that I will reconsider my choice and will go with another company who take care of their customers instead of trying to get new ones all the time, don't get me wrong I am glad about sony innovation, but this has to be done in a schedule and with some kind of order, fixing before any new one issues with the models already in the market....something like tick-tock development with intel processors, you know already how the development cycle is going and when to expect new products, I know is a different market with more competition ...but they need to know that we are not going to be buying new cameras every single year, too much money, they have to do it right and if not fix them in the fly...or will lose many of us!!

Hey I know Cosimo.... He is a really nice guy, he is an Honest family man, I am pretty sure he is doing this in order to give something back to this great community, we have been learning from all of you guys, the ones that take their time publishing their videos here and explain how to do it, the ones who likes to share their knowledge and experience..etc etc I don't think Cosimo will make millions because around 16~25 guys here will buy the adapter...He is just trying to get a good price for everyone who is interested that's it.

Hi Procter really appreciate your comments....from someone who has owned both adapters and knows the strength and weakness in each case, I can have a better idea in what route I want to go...

Hi everybody, I am new to this great community, I have read the anamorphic guide , read about the different kinds of anamorphics lenses and adapters, I already have an EIKI 16C 2X to play with...it is ok but 2x seems to be too much for my liking, I know I can crop but I don't want to do that... I have a GH3 with speedbooster, sigma 18-35 f1.8 (Nikon mount) some nikkor manual lenses 50mm 135mm, helios 44-2 58mm, 35mm pentax manual lenses, and some native m43 lenses. I do not do any professional work, ....I know iscoramas and lomo square front are the best but out of my league, too expensive, all my search ended in two adapters: 1) the brand new slr magic anamorphot 1.33x + diopters $1,100.00 pros: brand new, sharp, flares ok, focus trough it? cons: too clinic for some people, resale value? 2) used bolex anamorphot 8/16/1.5x....$700~$1000 pros: great organic look (film look), resale value, close focus without diopters. cons: used, dual focus, I have never played with any of this two, that's why I am here asking for help to all of you who have/had this adapters.. what would you suggest? thank you in advance for your time and knowledge
