Unknown anamorphic adapter - Does any of you know it?

Hi guys, first of all thanks for all of the work you share and also for the info and comments. I live in Argentina and find this anamorphic lens for sale: http://bimg2.mlstatic.com/anamorfico-para-cine-iper-16mm2x-optical_MLA-F-2687131502_052012.jpg Do you know this brand or adapter? Since I can get it for less than 200 bucks, I was wondering if it was any good. Thanks!
