  1. Look at this! As far as all our “adapters” are projection lenses it might be not such a bad idea to try it without a taken lens.
  2. I'm just wondering if there is a way to put it on a 35mm taken lens. there are always some filters available)
  3. Ok. Thanks! I will try tomorrow. Here comes the breathing! That's why you use diopter focus system. I have to check it. But anyone) where can I find the optical scheme of this lens?
  4. It's a bit not that sharp on infinity)) You can see it on a really far objects. I will try tomorrow again. Does any one have the optical scheme for this adaptor?
  5. Hey everybody! Finally I've bought an ISCO adapter as the one at the picture. It works great and focuses ok. But it seems it's not 2x at all. It 's a bit less. Does anybody know the actual stretch factor? To me it's about 1.88, but I'm not sure. The guy on this link says it is 1.9. To me seem it works ok.
  6. Can you show me please your breathing examples? I don't see much breathing here https://vimeo.com/206798264 Agree with you) I'm just looking for a cheaper solution. Also I think I can switch the gears for each lens. But I will also try calculate DIY motorised solution . Just wonder how they measure the rotation of the first lens.
  7. Also, as for the Rapido solution, I didn't get why they did it motorised. I definitely makes all the system more expensive. Can't it be done just with gears?
  8. Julien, Don't you think the breathing effect depends on the lens? I don't see much breathing effect on Rapido Solution. Anyway it is more convenient and cheaper than all these focus systems adding chromatic aberrations )
  9. Well, I'd like to buy a ISCO adapter and in the same time seeking for a cheap focus solution. My first though was that there are has to be a mathematical dependence between taken lens' focus and adaptor's focus. I wonder if there is a way to do it just mechanically by using gears with a right ratio. The idea is that you use a follow focus gear but with gears of different sizes that rotates two lenses simultaneously with a right ratio in a way that it focuses just right. What do you think?
