  1. Here is my director of photography showreel of 2017. First of all i'd like to thank to my producers and directors for believing in me, then to all camera assistants, gaffers/best boys/lighting assistants and key grips for giving me a chance to succeed as a team. Music: Magnus the Magnus - Area Contact: emre@kbsvisuals.com | +90.536.344.86.59
  2. Shot with FS5 and various Sigma Art and Samyang lenses. Used PP8 picture style with slog3 cinegamma, graded with FilmConvert Pro. A short version of our documentary film about coffee and roastery. Fahri Ozdemir is a coffee roaster, a man who found his passion among coffee beans. Shot & Edited by: Emre Kabaşabanoğlu Music: Jingle Punks - Stale Mate
  3. A selection of my works from the last few years that i’ve worked as a director of photograpy. Many thanks to all crew members who contributed to make this happen. Track: Thomas Azier - Red Eyes (Mike Luck Remix) Contact: emre@kbsvisuals.com | +90.536.344.86.59
  4. Some images may be disturbing, viewer discretion is advised. I wanted to express my ideas against animal cruelty by editing Peta videos and shots of a human eye. Main idea is to ask people not to blink, not to close their eyes to animal cruelty. It's happening, somewhere in the world animals do suffer. Don't be indifferent to animal abuse. All videos except the eye shots were taken from www.videoblocks.com, www.videohive.net and Peta website with their written permission about competiton. Music pieces are licensed through www.audioblocks.com and www.audiojungle.net Shot by Emre Kabasabanoglu Shot with Sony PXW-FS5 & Canon 100mm Macro L IS Slog3 & FilmConvert Pro
  5. TV commercial full of green screen work was shot entirely on Sony FS5 with Sony 18-105 f/4 and 1080p XAVC HD codec. We have whole bunch of cinema lens series but i insisted on testing sony lens to see what it is capable of.
  6. With this little comparison, i wanted to test out different noise patterns of Sony FS5 through the ISO range.
  7. With this little comparison, i wanted to test out 9 different picture profiles of Sony FS5 and their reaction to lights and colors.
  8. Humanity has to revert back to it's origins in order to find it's own salvation. Made just for fun throughout Netherlands journey with the love of my life. Shot with Sony PXW-FS5 & Sony 18-105mm f/4 G OSS Slog3 & FilmConvert Pro

  10. With this little comparison, i wanted to test out slow motion capabilites and compression variations of Sony FS5. Salt particles were used on a subwoofer to spring rapidly. For test purposes, two square LED light panels, two small LED lights and IceLight were used. Camera was set to 5500K white balance, 18 to 42 degree shutter angle with aperture set to 16. PS: Due to YouTube compression, it can be hard to identify defects of each setup. 800fps version was automatically cropped. Original video file: https://we.tl/5iFMQo5Sws Setup & backstage photos:
  11. With this little comparison, i wanted to test out codec differences and bit rate variations of Sony FS5. For test purposes, two LED lights with CTO gels and ambient tungsten lamps were used. Camera was set to 3200K white balance, 180 degree shutter angle with aperture set to 5.6. I realized that in XAVC HD 1080/25p the lines in contrasty areas look more edgy. I don't know why but when using 2160/25p it looks normal. PS: Due to YouTube compression, it can be hard to identify defects of each setup. 4K versions were scaled down to frame size, 1080.
