Hi,
Few weeks ago, the french dealer Digistore lent me the blackmagic URSA camera together with a set of Canon CN Lenses. We had fun shooting 'Petit Bateau' :
 

The codec was set to 4K RAW, we had Canon CN lenses and my lovely SQN3 mixer connected to the camera. My friend Broad Rush made the sound design of that short experimental film, if you wish to know more about the characters, here are two music videos that I have directed and shot on BMCC :

Very smart. It's the same concept as Instagram hyperlapse indeed. It shouldn't be expensive at all, the hardware is really cheap. The only downside over a gimbal is framing of course. You're going to have to shoot a bit wider than intended and crop afterwards. For 4K to 1080p this could be really cool.

I'm not interested in the current stabilizers because of the price (and the bulk) But this little box could be a really cool addition for handheld action shots. I wonder how it will work in more 'normal' shots, like a substitute for in lens IS. Love the small for factor. Very stealthy!

It seems very interesting to be able to use this metadata for 3d tracking and adding models inside shots!
