"ProRes drops frames on all but the most expensive Sandisk Extreme 95MB/s SD cards". Sandisk Extreme 45Mb/s works fine for me in ProRes. It's also officially supported by BlackMagic and cost half less than the 95mb/s one : I paid 124 euros for a 128Gb card which provides 77min of recording. 95mb/s (or Sandisk Extreme Pro 80Mb/s) are only needed for shooting raw. Beside of that, what about stabilized lens like Nikon VR or Canon IS with the Speedbooster or another passive adapter, any chance that'll work ?

Is there any chance that the 1 Nikkor lenses work ? They're made to fit CX sensor (13.2 x 8.8mm2), which are pretty similar to the BMPC one (around 12.5 x 7.4mm) ? I don't know anything about the 1 Nikkor lens, just hunting the good lens for the BMPC on the Internet. http://www.nikonusa.com/en/Nikon-Products/Camera-Lenses/1-NIKKOR-Lenses/index.page I don't put too much hope on that, because there is no manual focusing on the 1 Nikkor...
