I tried to find a list of 10-bit capable FF'ish cameras and this thread came up. I'm surprised. 10-bit colors are not for #1 increase dynamic range or #2 make underexposed footage look better. Idea is to but more colors (hues) in to the same color space. The advance is gain in color grading. Simple test would be to shoot in tungsten WB with daylight lights. Then you should see difference between 8bit and 10bit. Remember that grading is not about correcting. It's about creating.
