The lens does appear however, to be on an adapter already.

Which from all indications would suggest it is a C mount lens.

With verniers the mounting threads are 23.2mm wide.

So as a keen 35mm/MF & digital photographer, it was interesting to see that in the case of a recent purchase was a Yashica Scope 1.5/8mm anamorphic lens in it. The lens is in its original Yashica leather case. It appears to be in excellent condition with no fungus or dust. The movement is smooth, and it also has the original Yashica lens cap. As someone who doesn't shoot 8mm film, my intention is to simply sell it. I am however, totally unsure of its value and any advice you could give would be appreciated as my intention is to simply sell it for a fair and reasonable price. Will attach photos asap. Cheers.
