Something I'm not grasping here; how can you get increased dynamic range and better results in grading when the Gamma setting for EOS Pro Log Cinema is set to Cine2 and not to either SLog2 or Slog3 ? This makes it a linear setup and not logarithmic. Pro Log S setting to SLog2 looks fine to me.

DOH! feeling a bit stupid, how did I miss that simple detail? I guess I was wishing instead of paying attention to details. Well that explains it. Love the Pro Color on my A7s though, and thanks for your prompt reply.

Hi, I'm new to this forum, but not new to Sony cameras having owned them since plumbicon tube days then HDCAM F900R, EX, F3, and now Fs7 & A7s ii. I'm a bit stumped though about how to apply the Pro Color settings to the FS7. The A7s ii was pretty straightforward although the WB settings were somewhat difficult to do, but the Fs7 has no Picture Profile menu page that I can see and many settings are greyed out that look to be necessary to apply the Pro Color settings. I reset to Factory to get things somewhat normal, but if someone could give a quick guide to the various gamma and other settings locations in the menus, I would be most appreciative.
