I would agree with you that art does not have to "say" anything, but it should at least be moving in some way. Otherwise it just becomes another boring excuse for a "professionally shot" "test" video. And to get back to my point, Raw doth not (necessarily)  maketh art.

Raw on a DSLR is great, but this video just goes to show why compressed video is fine as long as there is content worth watching. I found this badly shot, badly edited and without anything to say.
