  1. Hi anchoricex, I had similar issues with my GH3 (and actually with BOTH displays) and had to send it to be repaired. It seems that this is an issue to be found sometimes - I know one or two other owners of GH3 who reported the same problems. Possibly it would helpful if you take your camera back to the shop and compare performance with another piece - that's what I did, and this is how I really found out that there is a real issue.
  2. Hi, Going to buy a few more memory cards - anyone with recommendations (brand/model) for usage in a GH3? Feedback highly appreciated. Best regards Calvinius
  3. Phlow Media provides a really nice overview to sources and also explains the legal background at   http://phlow.de/netlabel/informationen/wo-finde-ich-cc-musik.php   It is in German language, though - but as there seem to be quite a few German speaking users of this forum, the link may be of interest and help for some.
  4. Hello, I am searching for a shoulder support pad for my GH3, and I would appreciate advice on which one to choose. Eventually, I will most probably work with a proper stabilizer - right now, I am looking for a shoulder support pad as a more price-savy possibilty for improving picture quality and steadiness (and there are further benefits for the kind of work I am doing, like a shoulder support pad taking up less space and weighing less, thus it will be easier to take it with me). I am aware that shoulder support pads definitely cannot replace a full blown stabilizer, and that there is only an overlap of use cases / use cases are not identical (like shoulder support pads allowing only limited movement in comparison to a stabilizer). After having done quite some research, it seems to me that the DynaSun PRO FT2855 is often being recommended in the price range of up to 50 EUR (I don't know whether approves of product links in the forum, so I won't link to it, but for example amazon.de offers it). (i) Does anybody have - good or bad experiences with this model and  (ii) would anybody rather recommend a different model?   Thanks a lot for your feedback!

    Thank you

Having researched background information on filming with Four Thirds all over the Internet over the course of the last six months, I found the posts and comments being posted here in the EOSHD forum extremely helpful (as well as - of course - Andrew's genuine articles). They really helped me not only making a choice about the system I want to use / am using now (GH3), but for example also with a view to other equipment. And I am sure that I will find plenty of inspirational posts also in future. So I simply want to say "thank you" to you guys and girls (woman) - I feel that is more than appropriate. :-)
  6. Being a newbie starting filming, I have to say that I am torn apart between waiting kind of three months until the final first version has been exposed to the wild for some times (and some hacks may evven be available), or starting filming with a GH2, using the existing hacks and then possibly upgrading later...
