1. I'm finally going to ditch my GH-2 and purchase a Canon 5D Mark III. However, the prices are way up for summer since it's wedding and family photo time. Any idea when prices usually fall back down? Wish I would have purchased a few months back when it was $3800 for the body and lens and Adorama was throwing in a battery grip and other accessories for that price. DOH! Thanks!
2. Here's my first short film that I shot back in August. Enjoy (hopefully?). :P   In a world where zombies are the norm, The Humans Are Coming will take a peek into the home of the Williams family, a loving zombie family.  A typical day in the life of the family turns sour when an old friend pays a visit who is infected with the H-Virus.  One family member's secret will put everyone in danger and change the lives of the family forever.   http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2Le2ay3esC4&hd=1   Equipment: - Panasonic GH2 - Voigtlander f/0.95 25mm and Panasonic 14-140mm   Funded by Kickstarter. http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/466679651/the-humans-are-coming-short-film?ref=live
3. After working on music videos and other video productions, I've decided to produce a short film. I will be shooting with a Panasonic GH-2 and various lenes. Script is written and now raising funds to produce it. Using Kickstarter.com to raise funds, awesome service. Here's the low-down: What if zombies were the norm and humans were the infected monsters that run rampant in the streets, turning our beautiful zombie families into these creatures? There are hundreds of zombie feature films, short films, TV shows, comic books, video games, and more out there. But where none of them really go is turning everything we know upside down and making the humans the evil things that the plague has created. As a short film, Zombie comedy, The Humans Are Coming will let us take a peak into the world of the Williams family. Mom and Dad Williams along with their three children, Kyle, Dustin, and Jenny, are having breakfast when an old neighbor shows up that isn't quite himself anymore....he's human. Everyone shots a zombie film, I'm shooting a human film  ;) For more info: http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/466679651/the-humans-are-coming-short-film Thanks for checking it out. 4. Is anyone using the GH2 with the HD2 field monitor from CoolLCD? Wondering if there is any issues that I should know about before purchasing it.  I know with the Lilliput HD70 that the Canon 7D worked fine, but the 5D MKii had a couple off issues such as going black for a second when you hit record. Thanks.
5. Voigtlander is beautiful, Picking one up with tax returns. Glad to finally see the GH2 grip for sale! Looked last month and the site didn't have it listed even though other users were posting reviews/pics of them. So with the battery grip, the camera DOES read the batter signal on the screen? Earlier reports said there was no battery life indication on screen. English product page: http://www.ownuser.com.tw/e_mig_pgh2.html Thanks!
6. Is anyone using (and have examples) of the GH2 with any Canon L series lenses?  I was on the set of a music video last week, they used a Canon 5D with a 70-200mm and a 24-70mm. The video/pictures were absolutely stunning. I see most people talking about the Voigtlander 25mm though and the Panasonic pancake. While I know (and don't really understand) that people prefer prime lenses, the images produced at the shoot sold me on these other two lenses, at least when hooked to a 5D.  Just curious if the $3,000 investment will be worth it when attached to a GH2. Thanks.
