Is there a discernible difference between the Pro I and Pro II versions (Pro II is supposed to be the updated Angenieux based lens with better coatings and added spherical elements)

Trying to figure out what kind of zoom lens to get for my Sony A7 for run and gun type shooting on a rig.  Is IS that important if i'm shooting on a rig? + any recommendations? ~400-500$ range, ish.

I've noticed there are several different focal length Cinelux's on ebay, does it matter or are they all the same?

I'm wondering if there is a way I can use a focal reducer on my t2i to get a FF look for my m42 glass or is the flange distance a problem
