Which Compact Flash card for 5D Mark III raw video?

I'm trying to set my 128gb Komputerbay card in Macboot, but it's not recognizing it. Anyone else have trouble or am I missing a step? I followed the step on the site and it worked for one of my SD cards. Just not the CF card.
