    EOS 5DS R - aperture issue

    Hello Everyone,

    Recently I bought EOS 5DS R and have eperienced problem with aperture.

    The camera does not set the aperture below f/2.8, neither in the M mode nor in the Av mode. I can operate with wheels as to set the higher f-number (f/5.6, f/8 up to f/22), but nothing below f/2.8. I have checked with several different “bright” lenses, in particular Canon 24mm f/1.4 II and Canon 50mm f/1.2. I have also restored the factory settings, change the battery - nothing has helped.

    I will appreciate your advice what is going on.

    Up for sale rare Iscomorphot 8/1.5x lens also known as baby Iscorama. It uses the same single focusing patent as Iscorama lenses - set the taking lens to infinity and pull focus only with the Iscomorphot, no more trouble with dual focus as other anamorphic lenses! You can focus as close as 0.5m without diopters and rack focus from 0.5m to infinity. Squeezing ratio: 1,5x.

     

    The lens is in near mint condition - it came from film museum, but was in use. Optically perfect, no scratches, spots, fungus, etc. Only minor signs of use on the barrel. Focus smooth.

     

    The offer includes front and rear caps as well as genuine REDSTAN anamorphic clamp to mont the lens.
