Is it possible to modify the GH2 firmware so, that you leave the original (firmware 1.1) Panasonic 25p-settings untouched, but modify the 24p-settings to use a higher bitrate? Since I have understood that the 25p-settings can not be hacked reliably, I would like to preserve those settings for reliability and compatibility, but be able to modify the 24p-settings for better video quality.
