How to handle different frame rate, resolution and video encoding?

I need to work with some stock footage and obviously I found good shots but it is diffrent from my own footage in Framerate, Resolution and Video Encoding. The question is how to handle them in FCP X? Which differences can be handled, how and which really can't? I will use the shots in a flashback scene where we see only a very short moment the added footage and the go back to the here and now footage I made. So probably the loss of a bit of quality won't be a drama?

- I'm usually working with framerate 23.97, 1920 x 1080, MOV

- Added Stockfootage A = 25, 1920 x 1080, H2.64

- Added  Stockfootage B = 25, 1920 x 1080, Photo JPEG

- Added  Stockfootage C = 29.97, 1920 x 1080, Photo JPEG

- Added Stockfootage D = 25, 1920 x 1080, Photo JPEG

Thank you for helping!
