shorthairs Posted June 25, 2014 Share Posted June 25, 2014 When editing 4K for 1080 output in FCPX should the timeline be 4K or 1080? It would seem to me that to take full advantages of 4K, i.e. pan/zoom etc. that one should use a 4K timeline and convert to 1080 on export via Compressor?
