There's also the option of getting an external recorder with a monitor built-in, is this a better choice? My needs are, -the biggest I can find (from 7 to 10"?), -the brightest under daylight -highest build quality possible for rough environments and long term usage -price isn't an issue Edit: HDMI not SDI (or both?)
