It is SLR Magic 12mm T1.6 and Olympus 12 mm F2 the price is almost the same. Which one do you think is better for video quality? Thanks a lot!!! In truth, much of it depends on your intended usage since the SLR Magic is fully manual, whilst the Olympus offers all the automatic features you'd expect on a modern lens. Brellivids Posted January 23, 2014 Share Posted January 23, 2014 I have seen one comparison somewhere. The SLR has flare issues and Oly has some barrel distortion according to DXOmark review. I dont know what kind of barrel distortion the SLR magic has. Oly is harder to pull focus with. And SLR magic has no autofocus for still photography. One needs to decide what the priorities are..
