Some update from Matteo regarding Sigma 18-35/1.8 vs Leica Rs: Quote Went down to Anna Maria Island and Longboat Key to test out my BMPCC6K, the Sigma 18-35 f/1.8 and my new NiSi screw on IRND with polarizer. The Sigma is definitely a very handy lens to have if you are shooting lots of run and gun. But it's way too sharp and contrasty for me, to a point where it seems like the camera has less dynamic range. Overall it's a great lens to have, but Leica Rs are on a completely different level. Interesting points, don't you agree?
