We know all about the gamma, but the gamut is questionable, it seems to be different from normal V-Gamut, even though it's flagged as V-Gamut.

I've found that the Panasonic V35 IDT works amazingly well with V-LOG L footage.  I'm not a color expert, but everything looks spot-on when I use this.  I just drop my clips onto the timeline and it looks perfect,.  No corrections needed!  I've struggled with GH5 footage for the longest time - no more.  I finally am getting the results I've wanted.

I purchased the N-Log IDT and it is perfect. Everyone should be grading N-Log using this method.

Hi, found this interesting.

Does anyone know if these CTL IDTs actually bringing the log footage into the ACES space, or are they simply emulating a look?

For example, will they only work reliably with an output transform to REC709, or can they be used in an HDR output transform, maybe P3-D65 or Rec.2020 ST2084?

Will they balance / remove each cameras specific look?

Another question - I just purchased the IDT for Fuji F-Log. But Fuji itself provides different individual F-Log LUTs for each camera model. Which model has the IDT been optimized for?
