  1. Looking for the original Rectilux Core DNA, thanks.
  2. Hello, all. I'm selling this Isco Micro Cinemascope Ultra-Star 2X Anamorphic Lens with extras. All the pictures are of the actual items for sale. This lens is in excellent condition, with 100% pristine glass. No scratches, cracks, dents or fungus on the glass. It looks and works like new. The only reason I'm selling it is because I purchased it for a project that fell through and is no longer happening, so I don't need it anymore. The Isco Micro 2X is super sharp, and works well with cameras that shoot 4K resolution or higher. It shoots in the classic 2x anamorphic stretch ratio and achieves the coveted "waterfall blurred background" and "oval bokeh" and horizontal lens flares from so many iconic Hollywood films. Works perfectly with the Panasonic GH4 & GH5 as well as any camera that can shoot in a 4:3 ratio (like Canon cameras with Magic Lantern installed). You can attach it to any taking lens with a 58mm thread using the included clamp. I successfully used it with the Lumix 35-100mm f/2.8 lens on a GH4 in 4K anamorphic. Anything wider than 35mm and you'll get vignetting. I also tested it with the Voigtlander 42.5mm lens and even at f/0.95 it still retained its sharpness! Please note that you need to adjust focus on both the anamorphic lens as well as the taking lens in order to be able to focus on objects. I've included some tests images I took with the lens on my GH4 with the Voigtlander 42.5mm f/0.95 lens. The first image with the guy shows you how the footage looks in camera at a 4:3 aspect ratio. The second image of the guy shows what it looks like after stretching the footage to the traditional 2.40:1 aspect ratio for final exhibition. The next three images show what the lens flares look like when pointing a light directly into the lens. The actual 4K test footage is here:https://vimeo.com/207839150/58efb6a85b The front of the lens has a 67mm thread. I'm including a set of four dipoters with a 67mm thread, as well as a 67mm to 77mm step-up ring with 77mm lens cap. The lens is sharp at any aperture, even wide open. Focuses down to 3 feet (0.9 meters) without diopters. With the included set of 67mm diopters you can achieve much closer focus. If you're looking for a new look for your footage, this is it. Gorgeous, sharp, cinematic footage without spending thousands on Hollywood lens rentals. Included in the sale: Isco Micro Cinemascope Ultra-Star 2X Anamorphic Lens Lens clamp w/ 58mm rear threads Set of four 67mm dipoters in a carrying case (not pictured) 67mm to 77mm step-up ring Front and rear lens caps Selling for $675 with free shipping! PayPal only, USA only. Sold as is. Contact me via email at [email protected] to purchase the lens. Thanks for looking!
  3. Heyall, spring cleaning time and I have a couple 1.33x anamorphic adapters for sale: Century DS-1609 This Century Optics 1.33x focus through anamorphic adapter needs no real introduction. But here’s a video from Tito Ferradans about it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4b54MV9pyVk It’s great for anyone getting into anamorphic lenses, and I’ve even used it professionally before: https://vimeo.com/172027852 It’s in as good as new condition as I purchased it as brand new old stock, added a step ring to the rear (to get it to 52mm but it can easily be changed to 58mm), and added a Cavision clamp adapter to the front to give it 77mm threads OR 82mm threads. It’s great for wides (35mm on full frame), and it is easy to find cheap diopters for it’s size to get closer focus. Century DS-WS13 The DS-WS13 is the big brother to the DS-1609. It is a full zoom-through adapter, with a focus ring to really dial in some sharpness. It can pair with wides and teles, which is a huge improvement on the smaller 1609. I acquired the WS13 as a complement to the 1609, so that I wouldn’t have to swap the adapter when swapping lenses from wide to tele. Once again, I refer to Tito Ferradans for more information: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=klB_oO_M2Lk It’s in excellent condition, as the previous owner purchased it from B&H Photo as brand new old stock. It comes with front and back caps. Please feel free to PM me for price and/or more info
  4. I've just bought a mint condition iscorama 54 and therefore I'm thinking of selling my old Iscorama 54 MC lens since I likely don't need 2. The lens I'm considering selling is in excellent condition. It's a real beauty but somehow I was lucky enough to find a sparkling mint condition 54. I got lucky. You know this lens...it's hard as hell to find and it's even harder to find in top form. I haven't put up an eBay auction yet. I'm probably going to list the opening bid at $6000.00 (comes with redstan Clamp and form fitted follow focus gear). Yes, that's a lot of money. Yes, that's what I paid for it last year. Yes, it's totally worth it. It's a god damn gem of anamorphic perfection. All the other dual focus projector lenses are little kiddie toys in comparison. If you have a pre-36 and a 54 you simply don't need anything else (well, you need a baby Hypergonar and hardcore dna variable diopter as well but let's not muddy the waters). Who's interested? If you make me a legit serious offer I might be pursuaded to sell direct instead of on an eBay auction. Throwing it out to you guys first since this is where the real loonies like myself hang Let me know. I'll try to post pics soon but I'm not bullshitting you It's a great specimen and if you've been looking for years...you've found it finally
  5. Hey everyone, I'm looking to buy a Helios 44m-7 lens. I don't trust ebay with this lens as it looks like most are switched plate fakes, unless you know of a reputable seller with one. Also looking to pick up a Tokina +0.4 Diopter, if anyone would like to part with theirs. Thanks!
  6. I'm selling my Bausch and Lomb anamorphic lens and lens/telescope collars for rails. This item can be altered by following the procedure entitled "Anamorphic Cooking" to give greater results using this lens. More info on that can be found in this part of the EOSHD forum: In the auction I'm including the lens and collars for $135. Please let me know if you have any interest and thanks for looking.
  7. The Panasonic LA7200 is an anamorphic adapter that creates a 1.33x stretch, so any camera shooting 16:9 will output a Cinemascope ratio for footage for post. I've used this lens with my Panasonic GH4 with great results. This listing will include a 77-49mm step down ring and a 49-52mm step up ring that I used with my Canon FD 28mm (2.8) and 50mm (1.4) lenses as well as my Mir 37mm and Helios 58mm lenses. It also includes the front and rear lens caps. This adapter uses the taking lens to focus and doesn't need an adapter. It's been a great lens for me to learn with and is great for making the foray into anamorphic shooting. Please ask if you have any questions and I am open to offers. I am selling this item as/is with no returns. Images can be found at http://imgur.com/a/NQ4if
  8. I'm looking for a Kowa b&h 2x Anamorphic Lens.
  9. Selling some lomo and foton diopters, photos on request
  10. http://www.ebay.com/itm/182433356155?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1555.l2649 This is my first iscorama pre-36 lens and the one that got it all started. There's a very thin scratch on the rear element. It's in the photographs. Honestly it captures gorgeous imagery and I could give a crap about the defect but it's there and you should be aware. If the auction goes well I'll throw in some bonus accessories for no xtra cost but let's see if there are any Isco searchers out there. http://www.ebay.com/itm/182433356155?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1555.l2649
  11. This is the eBay link for the following FM Lens http://www.ebay.com/itm/FM-Lens-Variable-Diopter-W-Moller-Anamorphot-32-2x-For-Single-Focus-Anamorphics-/182432011462? This is an FM Lens rig with a Moller 32/2x anamorphic lens installed within the FM module. It's sometimes called a variable diopter and other companies make versions such as the Recrilux 3ff, Coredna, and Dslr Magic Rangefinder. This item is not available to buy through FM lens directly any longer and I barely have seen any variable diopters other than the Rangefindee for sale new or used for over a year. This guy probably needs some tweaking for your immediate use but it's lovely and you'll be lucky to pick one up in this scarce market. Barely used. It's got a ding here and there on the metal but the glass appears to be in great shape. Jay

  13. Excuse me for being a hopeless pixel-romantic. This dilemma has kept me awake for a quite some time now and I am hoping your subjective experience, reflection, input, opinions and/or advice potentially could give me some guidance (or potentially more confusion, which I will take full responsibility for). My interest for Raw started when I played with the thought of replacing my a7s for a Digital Bolex D16. While I am usually very trigger happy, I managed to hold my horses when the chance to have a go on it complicated my relationship with it. I realized that, without a second camera (for budget reasons), the 20 minute boot-up and the sacrifice of photography would not make me happy in the long run. While I still want to be a Bolex-owner as I am a sucker for the CCD and its awesome audio features, it is not my time just yet. Nevertheless, the Raw fanboy is still in me and I think the 5D is the (next) best thing (?) and might be a good investment. Maybe I just answered myself, haha. However I specify that I am asking for your subjective experience/opinions. Maybe some of you have been in the same boat or the other way around. I did quick and shamelessly dirty test today, if you find it interesting. The exposure is all over the place (unfair), more info on that in the videos description. Thank you!
  14. For sale this Focus Module Lens by anamorphicshop. It has been sold out in its web for months so this is a rare opportunity to catch one! I bought it a year ago and it has been paired with the Schneider Cinelux 2x MC (which is also in sale if you want it) with very good results. It was designed to be used with that adapter (it fits awesome!). Two videos I shoot with that kit: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uDCVdaq53P8 - https://vimeo.com/193376733 I also used it to shoot with a Kowa 16S: https://vimeo.com/132607897 The front glass has one little scracth as you see in the macro photo. It really doesn't affect the image because the diameter of the lens is so massive (105mm) you can't tell the corners of the glass in the camera. Included in the package: Focus Module Lens FM Collar 24 (which allow you to fit anamorphic adapters with a diameter of 55mm or less) Follow Focus gears Rear adapter (72mm to 68mm) Front Cap Rear Cap 920€ plus shipping. http://www.ebay.es/itm/182410168305 Price is negotiable. Feel free to ask any question!

  17. Looking for a 1.5x or 1.33x anamorphic lens for my Samsung NX1.
  18. Littlle impro with a comedian during the zombie walk in Paris. Samsung nx1 with shoulder-mount, Kowa for Bell & Howell, Konica-Hexanon 40mm f/1.8
  19. New anamorphic shooting with Samsung nx1 : Anamorphic Lens : Kowa for Bell & Howell Talking Lenses : Konica-Hexanon 40mm f/1.8 & Helios 44-M 58mm f/2
  20. I've been into modding my Russian primes lately and ended up with too many mods. So I'm selling sets of them. Lenses are being shipped from Vancouver - BC (Canada). Payment through PayPal only, and shipping is already included in the price. These were tweaked to fake the anamorphic look (anamorfake) through the addition of an oval aperture disc, a flare thread INSIDE the lens and tinting of various bits and pieces to make them unique. I have two sets. One with polished glass, resulting in less contrast, more bloom and a more diffused look overall, and a non-polished set, in which I didn't alter the original glass for better contrast and color rendition. I'm keeping one of my non-polished sets, so now you know which one is my favorite. The tint applied is amber, for an endless magic hour. Since nobody buys weird optics without seeing tests first I took them around the block for another sunset - not as dramatic as the Helios'. Color correction has been kept to a minimum (curves for contrast and boosted up saturation, since I shot at SLog3). https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HLZkIlnzjYM https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-lrl1ZejekY https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W3OEBmrBdVU AMBER 3-LENS SET (polished or unpolished) Photos of the lenses - https://www.flickr.com/photos/ferradans/sets/72157675191311296 Tech specs: Each set consists of three lenses, Mir 1B (37mm f/2.8 - aprox f/4), Helios 44-2 (58mm f/2 - aprox f/2.8) and Jupiter 9 (85mm f/2 - aprox f/2.8). The second aperture values are because of the oval disc inside, which limits maximum light transmission. They all feature 49mm filter threads, non-rotating front element while focusing, clickless (preset) aperture rings. All lenses come with front and rear caps. Focus and iris rings are smooth. Multiple elements and inner parts have amber accents for flaring and tone. All three lenses have oval aperture discs inside (while maintaining fully operational apertures) and inner red flare threads for better anamorfaking. They're natively M42 mount, but come with a rotating M42 to EF adapter so you can realign the oval and flare according to your wishes. Lenses are fitted with seamless focus gears. The Mir 1B has also been modified for a little bit more of close focusing. As for the original lenses, they're all non-MC models with black bodies. PRICE: USD600 (shipped) --- HELIOS 44 MODDED. AMAZING CONDITION Photos of the lens - https://www.flickr.com/photos/ferradans/albums/72157671783410163 In the process of making these, I came across a VERY GOOD, warm coated Helios 44 (not 44-2) that I modded too.I'm selling this one separately from the other modded Helios 44-2 for a few reasons. First, because this is a Helios 44, predecessor to the 44-2. Second, mechanical condition. This is the smoothest and nicest feeling Helios I've ever had. I fought the idea of selling it for almost three months, but since I don't use it, it has to go. There's a bit of oil on the blades, but nothing that affects performance. Third, the golden coatings. While most Helios are either neutral or blue/purple-ish, this one has a strong amber tint. I considered harvesting the glass for a mod, but I also couldn't bring myself to do it as it would be hard to match it with other coatings. Since the coatings are so nice, I didn't polish it at all, or modded its inner parts. All I added was a subtle oval aperture with light orange tint and a light orange (almost beige) streak thread inside, to fake the anamorphic look and give it a colorful spin when light sources are inside the frame. The original aperture still works perfectly. The lens comes with a M42 to EF adapter and rear cap. The front thread was slightly bent so I jammed a thin 49-52mm step-up ring to fix the issue. Lastly, another upgrade from the standard mods, this one comes with seamless follow focus gears. Silver to match the lens. These were designed and 3d-printed by myself, and are tightly fit to the lens. Both front and rear elements have a few marks, but nothing that shows up in the resulting images. Very sharp at maximum aperture - I'm repeating myself - this is one of the best Helios I came across. It has a more subtle effect and tint, but the images follow the same base as the ones posted above. PRICE: USD165 (shipped) --- LASTLY, if you don't wanna buy one, you can make your own by following my tutorials. Helios Mod Part 1 - http://www.tferradans.com/blog/?p=8920 Helios Mod Part 2 - http://www.tferradans.com/blog/?p=9379
  21. Hi, Looking to buy a single focus Anamorphic Lens adapter. Preferably Century Optics with either 52mm or 58mm rear thread. Will consider other 1.33x adapters. US, UK or Europe. Must be in good optical/mechanical condition. Please PM me if you have one. Cash/Paypal ready. Cheers. B.
  22. The lens is very lightweight, weights around 130g. This is a single focus lens, which means you only have to focus your taking lens. I used only two times, the lens are as new. If filming to a 16:9 sensor, your final aspect ratio will be 2.35:1. The rear thread is 52mm, you can use step up/down rings to attach it to your taking lens. The lens got great lens flares! This is one of the widest anamorphic lens, you can use it from 35mm. The lens also have it's downsides, for example chromatic aberration is present (like on all 1.33x lenses). You can view it on ebay: http://www.ebay.com/itm/182306899355?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1555.l2649
  23. Samsung nx1 Anamorphic Lens : Kowa for Bell & Howell Talking lenses : Konica-Hexanon 40mm f/1.8 & Helios 44-M 58mm f/2
  24. Kowa C35 1.5x Anamorphic lens that is very rare. The lens is in great condition. $1,100 The glass has no scratches, just a few very small marks in single coating. Nothing that ever shows up in images. There is no mold, haze or fungus and very little to no internal dust. The body has signs of age but still looks great. The focus is smooth. This is a very rare anamorphic lens that produces amazing images. The stretch factor is 1.5x which comes out to a 2.66:1 ratio. The lens comes with a custom front 77mm filter holder. It comes with a B+W 77mm UV filter. The rear connecting mount is a custom Rapido adapter that lets you connect the anamorphic lens to your taking lens. You can quickly change the orientation of the lens. I have another and it's still hard to let this one go. This lens is sharper then the Kowa Bell & Howell and is single coated for very nice purple flares. The back is a 58mm thread but it can be changed using a different step up or step down ring. The lens comes with a 77mm front cap and a 58mm metal back cap. The lens is a duel focus but I have used it with a Core DNA and it looks great. I added a still from a frame of footage I shot with lens. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Kowa-C35-1-5x-Anamorphic-lens-Rare-with-UV-filter-and-front-and-back-mounts-/282170312127?&_trksid=p2056016.m2516.l5255
  25. Ultimate test of the Konica-Hexanon 40mm f/1.8 with Kowa B/H on the Samsung nx1. I'm pretty happy with it and think it's gonna be my main lens with this combo...
