Give us a Super35 sensor with 10 bit, 4K, decent 120fps, DPAF and C-log in an improved XC10 style body with interchangeable mount and that would be gold! 
5D Mk IV will never get Clog. Remember that the C100 Mk III is due within the year. They will want the dedicated video shooters to buy that. 

What sort of stuff do you shoot? Does DR trump AF/60fps?
I'm having a similar debate with myself.... I'm hoping Canon just give us C-log before I need to make my decision.... Other than C-log and 10bit, it is more or less my perfect camera.

Better colors, v-log
Better low light; noise free up to ISO 3200 or 6400 
Better DR(14 stops)
10-bit 422 internal
 
I'd be in line to buy it with these specs.

I would echo the sentiment of many others here. More resolution is of little value at this point. 6K, 60K, who cares when the video color is mediocre (4:2:0). What professionals and prosumers want is better color and dynamic range. RAW video or at the very least true 4:2:2 bit footage (no wrapper BS) I hope Panasonic is listening to feedback with their next camera.

Instead give us 10 bit 422 at 2.5k with a good sensor readout (3ms), in different codec flavours with different storages rates. It would be nice to have the possibility to record to hevc 10 bit 422 and also pro res 10 bit 422 HQ. The rest you already do right.

Matt says they are seriously considering 10 bit 4-2-2 Internal. That would be Huge. And maybe moving to Faster Cards too. 
 

I'm just curious. most of dslr's do not overpass 700 lines of video resolution in full hd, 1300 in uhd/4k due to high compression, video processor performance and lens limitations. So why do you want 4, 5, 6 k in a dslr that shots a most 1600lines(vertically and horizontally), like lumix g7 in 4K?!? DSLR's need a better codec(h265), higher bitrate(150-200mbs), better proccesing, better lens, 10-12bits in colour sampling...

Canon is on the right track with this camera. The form factor is great. Just put a bigger sensor in it (super35 or fullframe) and make it interchangeable ef mount, so we can use the tons of lenses we already bought. Also it would be great to have dual pixel tech in it and the possibility to remove the hand grip so it gets more gimbal drone friendly. But there is a big problem with this concept, it kills the c100 line of cameras.  

Give it a mount that can use S16mm glass and this would be a pretty cool competitor to the BMPCC/BMMCC.

I believe technology will sooner or later find a away to emulate the look of medium format in a tiny format. Don´t know how or when, but i don't think its impossible.
