I have shot this video using GFX100. Autofocus in video and lack of slowmotion in 4k are drawbacks. but  image and handling are better in GFX100 than Xt-3. I wish they really add better Phase-detecting system and add full frame 4k 60fps.

This is great advice right here.

It isn't something you say, it's something you do;
if you are not sure what you are bringing to a production, maybe you are not ready for such a prominent role, yet. 
To be exposed on a big set it can be the worst thing ever happen in your life!
Start humble, and step by step build your arsenal (skills, knowledge, experience).
Maybe you should ask to these Bollywood producers if they have a smaller part for you on a big production, or a bigger part on a smaller production.
There are sets with tens, or even hundreds of people, in front and behind the camera, you have to be ready to solve swiftly and adequate any problem arise and always perform at maximum level.

Well you should have a certain style to add to the overall look, and hopefully know the cameras being used. Not going to be as good as the operators, but knowledgeable about their strength and weakness. Be a leader, or things go down hill quick. Hopefully you get paid because you have a needed skill, you are good at it, and you are quick to see what the writer, producer has in mind. And be better than the last guy he had or he would still have him or her LoL.
You are the person that makes it happen, the scrape goat if not. Ain't for the weak at heart. Best have some damn thick skin. Operators will throw you under the bus if they smell blood!! And every grip you have will bother the shit out of you.   Other than that it is a very rewarding job.
Basiclly you have to be honest about your skills with the head person, and just make shit happen. Nobody knows it all. Could be a ton of FX on it, not many people great at shooting that. Green Screen you have to have a hell of a imagination to do that well. And give women actors a Lot of Pee breaks. They will love you for it.

Tell them that you have the expertise to fulfill the director's vision and that you have extensive experience in using the language of the camera to tell the story.
 
Of course, you must be able to follow through from such statements, and it certainly helps to have a reel that demonstrates such ability.

Does ANYBODY have a proper comparison video up yet?
What about a direct split screen comparison between the 10bit and 8bit mode? And does 10bit make a difference in the grade?
Aside from Neumann all the coverage this time has been total lightweight fluff. Really lazy. Quickly punted out, to collect hits. I honestly don't think any of the testers have put more than 5 minutes of work per video into what they have done. Can't find anything comprehensive at all.

We'll probably get *ONE* of those specs you mentioned in the a7S mk3. 
If we're very lucky we'll get *TWO* of those specs.
If we're very very *very* lucky then we could get as many as *THREE* of what you mentioned.

Remember Panasonic had 10bit (though external) with the GH4 years ago, and ***still*** no other camera manufacturer has caught up (for whatever reasons, political/costs/marketing/mismanagement/blindness/whatever) in offering this in one of their consumer stills cameras. When others are still behind the GH4, I wouldn't feel optimistic about them leaping ahead of the GH5 any time soon.

Jokes apart (although Chernobyl is no joke), I love, love, love my RX10II but I rather complement it with a GH5 than a small battery, 30 mins limited, tilty screen and who knows what limitations more, one SD card a7siii.

I don't own any sigma lenses. I did take a look at the 18-35 but as I do a lot of photography too it is not worth for my use case. But if you do mostly video it could work. TDP did a test on the 5D III and as you can see it will probably work on the ca. 1.3 crop on the 4k mode.

An year back i choose sony rx10ii for its s-log and slowmo. But after doing 2 documentaries and a short film the lens became wobbly and s-log is pain in the ass to get right colors. Sharpness forget about it. I am eagerly waiting for 1dc mk2 or gh5. 4k60p/good low light performance/motion cadency are my priorities.

I doubt if the word  “surprise” exist in their dictionary.
Up to  2016,Canon still using their 8 years old CMOS and processor for T6 DSLR.
And it doesn't surprise me at all.

Sometimes I wonder if Canon really assesses the market before spending time and money on a new product...
They appear to be banking too much on their lens mount. You can basically buy an FS5 with the 18-105 f4 powerzoom lens for about the price of this lens. 
I just don't really know where it will sit in the market. The range is covered by both the Fuji Cabrio, and also their own 17-120, so it doesn't make a great deal of rental sense. Price-wise has already been mentioned.
It's like more and more they seem to be happy to be playing in niche spaces. As with the XC10, I'm sure this will be a totally fine product. But is it much more than something that fills a small niche? Are Canon happy to be playing in small niches?

$5,225.00 for a T4.4? No thanks. I'd rather adapt something else. But hey, that's just me.

Its a good video, I would have loved it a little bit darker and more playing with the light. Also screen direction wasn't optimal (when the boy was running). But it's a great spot.

I did this video using A7s and RX10ii. couldn't match both cameras few shots. May be not great video but does local job needs. tx
