In this video, its only IBIS without electronic stabilization. Motion artifacts can be caused by Vimeo.

Thats more than enough for 720p, no?...
-
You need to check about ND filter solution, because this lens does not take normal filters.

You are wrong, both cameras are in the same position and angle. You can freeze the frame and compare it yourself in more parts of this video. The best part where you can see the real life difference in cameras behavior and jello effect is at time 0:26-0:29. If you don't see any difference, maybe you are in the wrong profession...

Here you go: RX100 V rolling shutter vs RX100 IV in 4K:

The Iceland 4K video was shot in Normal picture profile and not flat, so its even more encouraging...

What is bad exactly? I watched it on a 4K screen and it does look good as a first taste sample.

As we know, even in stills, many cameras give you option of compressed raw, so I guess its the same in video.

The GX85 does not have mic input, and the battery is smaller. The body is smaller which is good for vacation, but shape is worse for work.

Yep, this is the big question: how good is video quality.

Uploaded now in 4K version:

First autofocus test in UHD video:

From the look, the video was graded, these are not the natural colors from the camera.

Not so bad rolling shutter on 1:20.
-
But what do you do when you need to upload 4K to Youtube?
-
Tested it. Nothing at all! same old bad codecs in MP4. No new GPU card support, only Intel Quick Sync (Which is not supported on my Xeon cpu). Useless for 4K encoding :-(
I really cannot understand that.

Can't be, looks too cheap...
-
5-axis stabilization is done by software only, this is no real IBIS.
-
They said "Later 2016"

You are talking about E correction and if it was like that, it would have been written as an "Electronic reduction". This is not the case here, as you can find in the Panasonic GX85 IBIS. So you can relax, it is an IBIS in the new G8.

Exactly, this is what IBIS is.
Dont forget Olympus (em1ii)

From the first video samples, sharpness look OK but not good as A6300, good color, great IBIS, no problem with rolling shutter.
