The camera is only a small but important part of the process. You can shoot actual 35mm, but punt everything else --and you won't be able to create much of a film look. "Dogma 95" gave everyone the middle finger, by saying "Fuck it, just make a film". Personally, today, its all about "How I learned to stop worrying & love my own look!"
