Strange problem Premiere CS6. Audio filters go missing but are still there...

Hi,

Recently I have encountered a pretty weird problem with Premiere CS6. Whenever I apply audio filters and effects, such as EQ and Reverb, at first everything is fine. Effects are applied and audible.

If i then close Premiere and load the project the next day for instance, I get an error stating that 'the audio filters are missing'. And indeed, the reverb and EQ are no longer working. In the individual clip effects tab, it reads 'missing audio filter'.
But, if I then go to Effects / Audio and drag the reverb effect on the clip, it is working perfectly fine. So the effects aren't really missing, as they stills how up in the effects tab and can be applied. Perfectly normal. Until I close the project and load it again later. 

What could be the cause of this? Anyone have any idea? Could I try anything else besides a clean reïnstall? I have a couple of custom plug-ins that I would need to reïnstall then as well also which I hope I won't have to do :)
