Haven't seen many reports of overheating on the A6300 since the new firmware came out, to be honest. Don't know about the other bodies. The A7s II and A7r II are double the price (3450€ in Germany), the Canon 5D IV even more. And if other companies are playing the same game as Panasonic (pre-announcing cameras) then there will always be something better on the horizon. You shouldn't have to spend that much money and have to worry about any equipment over heating in that nature.
