I love the standard features on the GH2 Patch Vault hacks, and I'm particularly interested in using the Intra-esting patch for narrative work.
But I want to use a 1.33x (LA7200) adapter for a 2.35:1 aspect ratio rather than 2.66:1. Any insight on how to alter the patch to accommodate non-2x anamorphic lenses? Or am I just missing something obvious?
GH2 Patch Vault support for 2.35:1?

The patch works with all anamorphics, you don't need to change the patch for some particular anamorphic.
The aspect depends only on the anamorphics (1.33x, 1.5x, 2x). The exception is when you shoot on 4:3 aspect in motion JPEG vga mode.
Example:
On avchd (16:9) with 2x anamorphic you get 3.55 aspect
On JPEG vga mode (4:3) with 2x anamorphic you get 2.66 aspect ( note: you can record 30p ,not 24 on this mode)
Do you have the Andrew's anamorphic Book?

It's a "must"

Francisco,
Thanks for the info. I do indeed have Andrew's "Anamorphic Guide" already, but I don't have any anamorphic adapters of us yet, unfortunately.
I guess I probably would have figured this out on my own once I get the LA7200, but I had to ask.
