Guest Ebrahim Saadawi Posted June 29, 2016 Share Posted June 29, 2016 If it's a real question: You need 1- Little rolling shutter, 2- 60p minimum frame rate, 3- small sensor/deep DOF 4- Long general zoom range 5- long recording time/battery. For shooting a football/soccur match I'd pick up a Canon XF200 / XF350 or one of Sony's PMW cameras. BUT, if you have some interesting cheap recommendations for shooting other sports, like snowboarding / mountain biking, I'm all ears! I've been considering getting an A6300, partly due to its 1080p HFR mode and partly because I already have a Sony to Nikon speedbooster. Another idea is to sell the speedbooster and get a GX80 - that stabilisation might be more useful than HFR mode vs 60p.
